TUPRAS PLANT-147 HPNA STRIPPER Mechanical, Construction, Electrical and Instrument Manufacturing and Erection Works

Supplying, manufacturing, assembling and testing, flushing, drying and making ready for operation of the above/below ground, jacketed/ non-jacketed piping materials inside and outside of the unit will be completed at PLANT 147 HPNA STRIPPER unit for TUPRAS Izmit Refinery. 
Static and rotary equipment (exchanger, valve, pump, drum, column, special pipe support, various charge/product filters etc.) that supplied by TUPRAS will be installed.

MECHANICAL WORKS:
Tie-in and piping works, steam tracing piping works will be done and equipment and accessories such as pump, heat exchanger, column, silencer etc. will be installed in the Plant-147, Plant -177 and Plant -118 fields.

CONSTRUCTION WORKS:
Within the scope of the project, steel structures, platforms and ladders and their gratings will be put into place, cement-based grout will be poured under the base plates of steel column/beam and steel frames of equipment, fireproofing applications will be performed on steel structures of related columns and beams.

ELECTRICAL WORKS:
Energy connections of mechanical equipment, installation of bus ducts and heat tracing boards, lighting, grounding installations of all new steel structures and platforms will be completed.
Conduits, cable trays, ducts and wiring works and testing, calibrating and commissioning of electrical infrastructure in the scope of project.

INSTRUMENT WORKS:
Instrument assembly works and also hook-up assembly works of these instruments, instrument / junction box / board-panel connection works, conduits, cable trays, ducts, wiring works of the instrumentation infrastructure required for all these systems, calibration of instruments, function tests and commissioning works in the scope of project.
