TUPRAS Tanker Loading Oil Sales Terminal Works

The project located in TUPRAS Izmir Aliaga Refinery covers necessary design, construction, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works for activating and open to sale 5 Sections/10 platforms which serve FUEL-OIL/HEATING OIL and MINERAL OIL products at Weighbridged Black Product Tanker Loading Station that consisting totally 28 platforms.

CONSTRUCTION WORKS:
Necessary construction, manufacturing, assembly and painting works required for steel column-beam, support, platform and grids have been completed in the pump station, loading platforms and the pipe route between this two fields.

MECHANICAL WORKS:
Piping works, 11 loading arms assemblies, 10 weighbridges assemblies, 3 nos 200m3/h and 5 nos 1200m3/h capacity pumps assemblies were completed.
Field application projects, surge analysis and pipe stress analysis were performed in accordance with the given route layout.

INSTRUMENT WORKS:
Installation of PLC and SCADA systems required for tanker loading automation, integration of these installed systems into TÜPRAŞ computer network infrastructure, installation of fire detection and extinguishing systems incompliance with the standards in the specified areas had completed. Necessary tests, calibrations and commissioning works were carried out within the scope.

ELECTRICAL WORKS:
Installation of conduits, cable trays, ducts and wiring works for the electrical infrastructure required for tanker loading had completed. Necessary tests, calibrations and commissioning works were carried out within the scope.
