TÜPRAŞ Izmit Refinery DHRP Sulphure Elimination Project OSBL ISBL Piping Works

Design, supply and installation of off-site pipelines within the scope of TÜPRAŞ Izmit Refinery Management “Diesel Kerosene Hydroprocessing and CCR Reformer Unit” were completed in 2007. The Project involved: - 100 tie-in connections to the existing pipeline, - Relief valve tie-in erection for 11 LPG tanks, - Connection of the lines from f 1 LPG tanks to the new flare with 24” line, - Laying of 2x30” cooling water pipelines from cooling tower to the DHRP unit, - Connection of the lines from Pit 36, Pit 25, Pit 21, Pit 5, Pit 2, to DHRP unit, - Tank area passages and connection of these lines to DHRP unit, - 6 culvert passages, - 4 sleeve passages, - Manufacturing and erection of pipe supports, - Installation of 50.000m pipeline (approx 1.670.000kg), - 100.000 dia-inch welding, - Erection of steam tracing tines, - Manufacture and erection of 50 steam supply manifolds, - Manufacture and erection of 50 return manifolds, - Manufacture and erection of 36” drum to LPG flare line.
