TÜPRAŞ Izmit Refinery 150 T/H Design, Constructıon and Integration Of Demineralized Water Unit To Current System

Water Demineralization Plant with a capacity of 150t/h within the scope of TÜPRAŞ Izmit Refinery DHRP Unit was completed in 2007. The Project involved; - Design, project and erection of complete Demineralization Plant, - Construction works, - Design, project and erection of the tanks (anion filters, cation filters, CO2 degasifier, resin backwash tank, gravel filter), - Design, project and erection of pipelines, - Design, project and erection of the channel lined with acid resistant tiles, - Supply and erection of 2 pumps, 2 fans, 1 mechanical filter, - Rubber lining of the inner surfaces of the filters with 3 mm ebonite and protective coating of the external surfaces of the filters, - Electrical connections of the pumps and fans, - Erection and connection works for the instruments.
