TÜPRAŞ Izmir Refinery Rehabilitation Of Water Treatment System

For the extension of TUPRAS Izmir Refinery Management Power Station Water Treatment Plant; - 1 anion filter, 1 cation filter and 1 auto siphon tank and piping were manufactured and erected. - Connections of the tank, filters and piping of the extension unit to the existing unit were executed. - Internal surfaces of the filters were rubber lined by using 3 mm ebonite and the external surfaces of tank, filters and pipes were painted by protective paints. - External surfaces of filters, tanks, and pipes of the existing unit were cleaned by pressurized water and then painted by epoxy primer and polyurethane top coat in a total dry film thickness of 160 microns. - Damaged surfaces of the existing concrete channel were repaired and coated with epoxy mortar.
