TÜPRAŞ İzmir Refinery Lube Oil Complex Condensate System Rehabilitation and Installation Works

With this project, a new Condensate Recovery Unit was established in order to increase the condensate recovery rate for Lube Oil Complex which is located inTUPRAS Izmir Refinery. With this newly established unit, condensation of the entire saturated steam provided and sent to Steam Power Station Plant for reuse.
Within the scope of the project, 1 column, 1 condensed drum, 2 air coolers, 2 condens pumps assembly and erection of steel structure fabrication and erection,infrastructure and construction works including fire proofing and in order to ensure the tie-in integration with existing systems, piping and insulation works and disassembly works were done.
