TÜPRAŞ Izmir Refinery Gas Turbine Piping Works

TÜPRAŞ Izmir Refinery manufacturing and erection of the 2x20MW gas turbines piping works have been done in 2006 and 2007. The following works were in the scope of work; - Detail project engineering for off-site according to the P&l and location plan of the 2x20 MW gas turbines, - Piping, erection and start-up of 12” Sch XS Smls ASTM A335 P11 HP (High Pressure) Steam, 8” Sch Std Smls API 5L Gr B. MP (Medium Pressure) Steam, 6” Sch Std Smls API 5L Gr B. Natural Gas, 8” Sch Std Smls API 5L Gr B. Cooling Water Supply and Return Pipes, 2½” Instrument Air, 2” Service Air, 6” 52Bar Boiler Feed Water, 4” Demineralized Water lines were completed, - The manufacturing, erection, installation, painting and testing of the pipes are completed, - Detail engineering, fabrication, painting and erection of whole pipe-way and pipe-rack steel structures were completed, - Whole building and concrete works for the pipe-ways were completed.
