Tunisia Enfidha Hammamet International Airport Fuel Hydrant System Construction Works

The Project to create facilities capable of simultaneously supplying jet fuel to 38 aircrafts at Tunisia Enfidha Hammamet International Airport was completed in 2009.The project involved:
- Installation of 3.350m 14”, 5.500m 12”, 3.400m 6” jet fuel pipelines (100% radiographically controlled),
- Installation of 56 aircraft jet fuel hydrant pits and 18 high/low point pits,
- Erection of impressed current cathodic protection systems,
- Installation of 14” and 12” double block bleed valves (DBBV) and piping in 7 valve chambers.
- The system is serving 18 bridges and 20 parking aircrafts.
The basic and detailed engineering were in the scope of the project.
