OPET Marmara Terminal Storage And Filling Facility Jetty Piping Works And Pipelines Manufacturing and Installatıon Works

Manufacture and mounting of OPET Petroleum Co. Marmara Ereğlisi -TekirdağStorage and Filling Plant Main Connection Pipeline and Branch Pipelines werecompleted in 2005. The Project involved:
- Manufacturing and mounting 4.220m 6”-24” pipeline,
- Manufacturing and mounting of 490m HDPE pipes and fittings,
- 160m pipe bending,
- Hydrostatic test of the mounted pipelines with a pressure of 30bars,
- Mounting of 170 valves,
- Manufacture and mounting of 120 standard spectacle blinds, tab blinds and spacers,
- Mounting of 3.000kg equipment (pumps, pig cases, pressure vessels, etc.),
- Demounting of 1.000kg equipment,
- Mounting of 7 loading arms,
- Mounting of 10 fire hydrants,
- Mounting of 4 fire monitors,
- Mounting of 3 fire boxes,
- Steel construction works.
