Manisa Organized Industrial Zone Central Waste Water Treatment Facility I. Section Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance And Repair Works

The following works were completed in the scope of Manisa Organized Industrial District Wastewater Treatment Site 1st Plant Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance, Revision and Repair Works; - Construction of an underground concrete structure with a size of 9x3m. The new coarse screen was installed in this structure. The system has a 600 mm by-pass system below the ground. - Procurement, installation, commissioning of Huber Rotomat R05K coarse screen. - Dismantling of ail railings and climbing ladders in the unit, renewal and galvanizing or fabrication of them from stainless steel. - Dismantling works of inner and outer sluice system of primary and secondary settling tanks from stainless steel material. - Smoothening with epoxy plaster carried on bridge wheel way of thickeners. - Dismantling works of corroded cable trays and consoles and procurement and installation of the new ones.
