Gaziantep Novotel Ibis Otel Construction Project

4 stars NOVOTEL having 92 rooms 2 lodges, 1 ground floors 5 normal floors and 3 stars IBIS HOTEL having 177 rooms, 2 lodges, 1 ground floor, 9 normal floor swhich are Turnkey Construction Projects were financed by AKFEN Real Estate Investment Company and will be operated by sector leader French Accor Group, were completed in 2010.
In scope of this project;
All construction works, inside decoration, wedding hall, pools and spa, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure, landscaping including all operational equipment, fitness equipment, furnishing, TV, CCTV, hotel textile, kitchen and cooking equipment, direction signs, permanent and movable furniture, wireless telephones, side and garden illumination, guard and control huts, garden wall, roads including car parks.
On March 6th 2010, hotels went into service inaugurated.
